GENERAL INFORMATION TO NOTE
The hall is available to hire 0900-2300 each day, unless agreed otherwise.
Events running later MUST ensure music is switched off by 2300, unless agreed otherwise.
We can provide seating for 72 people in one sitting.
We have a small supply of collapsable tables.
Basic cleaning materials are supplied for hirers to be able to tidy away after themselves.
There is no refuse collection at the hall at present. Users remove litter at their own expense.
Please allow for set-up and clearing away time in your booking.

PARKING AND PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Parking is mostly 'residents only' with the MS (Marston South) area permit.

There are some 2 hour bays outside the hall, which are sometimes full early morning weekdays and do not clear until evening. We recommend, where possible, that public transport is used. The X3/X13 bus route runs frequently past the end of the road. Details can be found at The Oxford Bus Company website

(Note: we have a small forecourt which can hold about two cars, however cars do block this, as the 2 hour bays are in front of it. We cannot accept responsibilty if you park here and cannot get out)
